I seem to have the same issue – i renewed in Jan as something borked my install (maybe docker wordpress relates).
I am tryng to restore ASAP from a loss and the premium plugn cant be download and the free plugin does understand wpcore zip file (hey instead of saying that it should say this is a backup from premium go get that)
tl;dr you should have a process to look at everyones accounts where they have a valida license and nothing to download and then generate the download package, no one should have to come here and ask.
