Hey,

Since updating from UpdraftPlus to Teamupdraft, I’ve been experiencing issues. I have multiple websites, each saved in a specific folder in Dropbox, but this is no longer the case. Each website is saved in the root directory, all in disarray.
I checked the Premium feature and all the options were disabled except “Get every feature of UpdraftPlus Premium” and “One-click migrate a WordPress site to a different location with multisite to selective site restore.”
I clicked the “You have an inactivated purchase – activate it on this site” button, and an update appeared, moving from 2.25.3.0 to 2.25.3.26.
Now I have the option to create a subfolder in Dropbox.

And why is it that when I download the extension directly from your site, it’s 2.25.3 without the 0 and I have all the premium extensions, but there’s an update available that transforms it to 2.25.3.0 with the 0 and without the premium features?

Please enlighten me because I don’t understand anything anymore and my Dropbox is a mess.

Hi,

Apologies for this. We are investigating this issue.
The 0 at the end is the number of add ons activated.
If you have all add ons activated this becomes “26”
It sounds like your sites lost connection to the premium licences so you will need to the press the “activate it on this site” on all of your sites.
We realise this is terribly inconvenient.

Okay, noted.
When I download version 2.25.4 directly from your site and use it on my sites, this time I get all 26 add-ons directly.
