I have, literally, just renewed my premium updraft subscription. Just tried to backup one of my sites – immediate failure because of errors. Unable to submit a premium support ticket. Really?

Sorry about the delay.

We have migrated our sites (updraftplus.com, aiosplugin.com and getwpo.com) into this new site teamupdraft.com

So there may be unexpected issues.

This is the premium support forum and there is also the premium email support form found here:

I just tested the above form and was able to submit a ticket to our system so it all should be working.

Anyway to help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?

This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.

If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
I’m afraid that we have been migrating our systems to this new site today, meaning the site has been offline fora portion of the day.

Please could you send us a copy of the errors that you are seeing in backup?

Additionally, please could you let us know any error message you encountered when trying to send a support ticket?
