Subject: Missing Premium Download – Order #UDP2176186

Hi Team Updraft,

I recently purchased UpdraftPlus Premium (Order #UDP2176186 placed on July 8, 2024), and my order shows as “Completed” in my account. However, there is **no download link** for the premium plugin appearing under the Downloads section of my account.

I’ve tried logging out and back in, clearing my cache, and checking across different browsers — still nothing.

Please assist in restoring the correct download link or manually providing access to the ZIP file. This is time-sensitive as I need to deploy the plugin on a live WordPress project.
