If you experience an issue that makes the plugin unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we’ll happily offer you a full refund. We ask that you give us time to verify information about any faults which you believe you have found with TeamUpdraft plugins.

We ask that you notify us and request a refund within 10 days of purchase.

This policy does not cover refunds for the following cases:

• Missing feature(s)
• Misunderstood functionality
• Conflict with third party plugins
• Discovering a better alternative
• Customer changed their mind

Legalese

You must read the product descriptions, verify that it meets your needs and is suitable for your product environment.

EU customers have the legal right to a refund of digital goods which they have not yet downloaded, if requested within 14 days, and such requests will also be honoured.

These restrictions do not affect your consumer rights. For example, if a product description states that it has a feature which in fact it does not have, then you can invoke your consumer rights.

We reserve the right to, without notice or refund, terminate any ongoing services.
