If you would like a refund, please contact us and submit your request within 14 days of your purchase.

If you purchased a subscription at a discounted introductory price, you may also request a refund within 14 days of the subscription’s first renewal at the full price. This refund applies to the renewal payment only and does not apply to the completed discounted subscription period.

We may ask for information about any issues you have experienced so that our support team can understand the problem and, where possible, help resolve it.

Outside the applicable 14-day refund period, we do not normally provide refunds for the following reasons:

• Missing feature(s)
• Misunderstood functionality
• Conflict with third-party plugins
• Discovering a better alternative
• Customer changed their mind
