Does AIOS work with WordPress Multisite?
Yes, AIOS Premium is compatible with WordPress multisite networks. Protection applies across the entire network, and the dashboard and settings are accessible to Network Administrators.
Will AIOS work on all servers and hosts?
AIOS is compatible with most hosting providers. However, some hosts may restrict security plugins, which could limit functionality. Additionally, certain features may not work on Windows/IIS servers—especially those that modify the .htaccess file.
Can I cover my subdomains and test sites?
Yes, a license is required for plugin updates on development or test sites. However, you can disconnect the licence once the site is no longer needed. This can be done via WP Admin → Plugins, allowing you to reassign the license to another site.
Where can I get technical support?
AIOS Premium customers are entitled to premium product support. Simply fill out a customer support form. Most customers receive a response within 24 hours, except for at weekends where we operate a skeleton staff.
