New fixes

Database backups
Section titled Database backupsThe update resolves an issue affecting database backup success for websites running on certain PHP versions on Windows.
Retry mechanism for large tables
Section titled Retry mechanism for large tablesIt fixes a problem where UpdraftPlus had difficulty retrying the backup of a very large database table if the initial attempt failed.
Additional Updates

Section titled German language translationGerman language users will benefit from an updated translation
Enhanced Logging
Section titled Enhanced LoggingAll users will experience slightly more detailed information in their backup log files, which can be helpful for support requests.
